The Dean 807-0098 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat W/Wire Leads 75-550F 1/4" Push-ON 1/2" NPT Mount 4-3/4" Probe is placed in the commercial fryer system to regulate the heat during the cooking sessions. whereby the probe protrudes inside the cooking area to sense the oil temperature. This unit is configured for a 75F-550F temperature range can be properly integrated into the unit wiring. It also runs continuously when it is being used so that it can ensure the same amount of heat is present throughout.
