The Frymaster FM8060181 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is a temperature-monitoring systems that is used to control the amount of heat produced in the fryers MJ35/J1C. It is mounted in the control housing where it measures the temperature of the oil with a probe and links to the heating system. It is often installed in commercial kitchen settings and is included in the primary control system.
