The Frymaster FM806-0813 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is a sensory and control unit, that is used in MJ35/J1C fryers to ensure that the right amount of temperature is maintained during use. It is located in the control section, with its probe checking the temperature of the oil and reporting the data in the commercial system. This thermostat is linked to the electrical system of the unit and works through cooking cycles to maintain the same performance. A replacement is usually done during maintenance when the temperature response becomes erratic, and the fryer is then able to continue running through repeated cooking cycles.
