The Dean 806-6993 Drain Valve with Handle 1-1/4" is designed to control the release of liquid from commercial fryer. The valve installs in the line and use manually operated handle to open or close the passage. When opened it allows cooking oil or other fluid to flow from the fryer vessel into a drain container or disposal system. When closed it seals the drain path during normal operation. The valve works as part of the fryer drainage assembly and supports the controlled fluid removal during cleaning and maintenance procedures.
