The Frymaster 810-2052 Fryer Drain Valve W/Handle 1-1/4" controls the removal of cooking oil from the vat during draining and service operations. The valve installs in the line and uses a manual handle to open or close the passage for oil flow. When opened the valve allows oil to move from the cooking vessel into a connected drain container or disposal system. Closing the handle stops the flow and seals the drain path during normal frying operation. This component works with the plumbing to provide controlled oil removal during maintenance and filtering procedures.
