The Frymaster FM8066993 Fryer Drain Valve With Handle 1-1/4" is a spare part to drain-line control component designed for compatible commercial kitchens. To providing a manually operated point for releasing oil from the cooking vessel. It mounts directly at the frypot drain outlet and connect to the 1-1/4-inch drain arrangement. Moving the handle operates the internal valve allowing the operator to start or stop the flow through the outlet. When opened cooking oil travels from the frypot into the connected drain system when closed the passage is blocked. The valve works with the drain piping and frypot assembly during draining and cleaning procedures.
