The Frymaster FM810-0583 Fryer Drain Valve with Handle 1-1/4" is a mechanical shutoff valve used at the commercial vat drain outlet. It controls the release of cooking oil by opening or closing the internal flow passage. The attached handle provides manual actuation, allowing the drain to be opened when oil must be removed and closed to retain oil during fryer operation. Its 1-1/4 inch connection interfaces with the fryer drain plumbing. The valve is part of the fryer’s oil drainage assembly and is accessed during draining, cleaning, and maintenance of compatible kitchen equipment.
