The Dean 810-0583 Drain Valve W/Handle is a hand-operated drain component for the commercial fryer systems that require controlled removal of cooking oil. It fits within the assembly at the frypot outlet and directs discharged oil toward the connected drain piping or collection equipment. The 1-1/4" connection provides the required interface with the drainage line. Its handle actuates the valve to regulate the passage through the drain body. Opening the valve permits oil to exit the frypot for filtration cleaning, or servicing while closing it stops the flow during regular cooking operation.
