The Dean 806-6993SP Drain Valve W/Handle 1-1/4" is a manual control component designed for the commercial fryer equipment. It installs at the outlet and provides the controlled passage for removing cooking oil from the frypot during filtration cleaning or service. The connection interfaces with the piping while the attached handle operates the valve mechanism. Turning the handle opens or closes the internal passage to regulate oil flow. This valve remains part of the drainage assembly and allows operators or service personnel to isolate the frypot when required.
