The Frymaster FM8100583 Fryer Drain Valve with Handle 1-1/4" forms part of the oil removal assembly on compatible frying equipment. It uses a handle-operated closure to regulate whether oil can pass through the fryer drain outlet. Moving the handle opens the internal passage for draining, while the closed position blocks the outlet and keeps oil contained in the vat. The 1-1/4 inch connection provides the specified interface with the fryer drain plumbing. This valve is placed at the lower drain section of the fryer and is handled during oil draining, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
