The Frymaster FM8102126 Fryer Drain Valve with Handle 1-1/4" provides manual control of the drain opening on compatible kitchen equipment. It is positioned at the fryer vat outlet and connects to the 1-1/4 inch drain configuration. Operating the attached handle changes the valve position, directing cooking oil into the connected discharge path when the vat needs to be emptied. The closed position stops flow through the outlet during cooking operation. Its operation is limited to controlling oil discharge rather than filtering or pumping the fluid.
