The Frymaster FM810-2126 Drain Valve with Handle 1-1/4" regulates oil flow through the drain outlet of compatible frying equipment. Its internal valve element provides the restriction that separates the fryer vat from the discharge line when closed. Moving the handle changes the valve position and establishes an open passage for draining used cooking oil. The 1-1/4 inch connection provides the specified interface with the fryer’s drain piping. This component operates as part of the vat drainage system and is handled during oil removal and service procedures requiring access to the fryer drain assembly.
