The Dean 8100435 Drain Valve W/Handle 1-1/4" is a manual fryer drain component controls the flow of cooking oil for the commercial system. It installs the drain line by the cooking vessel and uses the attached handle to operate the valve mechanism. Turning the handle opens the internal passage and permits the flow into the connected drain system. Returning the handle to the closed position stops oil movement and seals the drain line during normal operation. The valve supports routine oil draining and the service procedures by providing the direct mechanical control.
