The Frymaster FM8100435 Fryer Drain Valve with Handle 1-1/4" is a manually controlled valve used at the oil discharge point of compatible kitchen equipment. It provides an open and closed passage between the fryer vat and the drain line. The handle operates the valve mechanism, allowing cooking oil to be released from the vat when draining is required. Its 1-1/4 inch connection corresponds to the specified fryer drain interface. The valve remains closed during normal frying to retain oil inside the cooking vessel. It is serviced as part of the fryer’s oil drainage system.
