The Hatco 02-01-013 Contactor 3-Pole 40/50A 208/240V is intended to be used in commercial foodservice equipment that runs on power. It has a 40/50A rating as an electromechanical switch that is used to turn electrical current on and off to heating elements, motors and other heavy loads. The contactor is installed in the electrical control panel of the equipment, which is fed by signals from thermostats or control boards.
