The Market Forge 97-5610 Contactor is an electrical control component of a 3-pole design that is applied in convection steamer systems. It has a 40A inductive and 50A resistive load rating at 208/240V and is used to control the flow of power to heating coils and other circuits. This contactor is installed in the electrical system of the steamer to facilitate the adequate heating reaction and working time. It is usually changed during servicing to ensure better electrical operation and constant steaming.
