The Frymaster FM1370 Contactor is a 3 pole electrical switching component with 40/50 amp at 208/240 volts that is used in commercial fryer system to control power flow. It is applied in electric heaters to regulate the relationship between the main power supply and heating elements to make sure that they work correctly in the process of heating. This contactor is installed in the control compartment, and it is activated or deactivated by the signals of the thermostat or control board. Its operation is necessary towards the uniform temperature control operation under commercial kitchen conditions.
