The Winston Products PS1007 Contactor is a 3 pole electrical switch with a rating of 40/50 amps at 208/240 volts used to control the power flow in commercial kitchen equipment. Fitted in the control compartment of systems and it reacts to the signal of the thermostat or control board to turn on or off the heating elements as the appliance is used. This contactor provides correct temperature regulation and performance is facilitated, and is part of the electrical control system of the appliance to control the flow of power and coordinate with other control elements.
