The Garland GL1036100 Contactor is a 3-pole electrical switch with 40/50 ampere at 208/240 volts which controls power flow in commercial electric fryer systems. It is fitted in the control compartment and reacts to the signals of the thermostat or control board to connect or disconnect the heating elements when operating. In domestic kitchen application, this contactor is useful in controlling heating cycles and assisting in maintaining constant temperatures, which constitutes a major component of the electrical control system of the fryer to ensure the same cooking condition.
