The Garland GL1637002 Fryer Contactor is an electrical switch with 3 poles, 40/50 amps, 208/240 volts, which is used to switch power in commercial electric systems. It is fitted in the control compartment and it is signaled by the thermostat or the control board to switch on or switch off the heating elements when cooking cycles are required. This contactor is used in the kitchen to maintain the same temperature and it is an inseparable part of the electrical control system of the fryer to provide the correct power supply and synchronization with the other control elements.
